About us

The Cyprus Go Association was formed in September 2003. It is a member of the International Go Federation (IGF) and the European Go Federation (EGF). This site is mainly used to coordinate our efforts to promote Go in Cyprus. Our goal is to increase awareness of the game of Go in Cyprus and build a strong Go community.

We are happy to teach anyone how to play during our regular meetings at Institute for Advanced Study. If you have a group and want to arrange for a Go presentation, feel free to contact us to arrange for that. We encourage and support people to start clubs in their areas.
